COVID-19 Rules

Dear Golfers,

Please take note of the information below. You will find important information relating to the practice of golf during these times of COVID-19. We ask you to carefully observe these guidelines and make these new habits.

Social distancing:

  • Tee times will be booked in 15-minute intervals.
  • Golfers must stay at least 6 feet (2 metres) away from each other.
  • We encourage all golfers to walk the course, if they can.
  • Only one person per cart will be allowed unless they the 2 members are living together at the same address.
  • The number of people allowed in the Pro-Shop will be limited.
  • On the course, avoid gatherings.

Cleaning and sanitizing:

  • Doors, door handles, switches and the most visited places will be disinfected daily.
  • Carpets will be cleaned regularly.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers will be installed on the walls in key areas.
  • The carts will be disinfected between each use.
  • Equipment, balls and baskets in the practice area will be washed and disinfected regularly.

In addition, please note the following points:

  • No rakes will be in bunkers.
  • No ball washers will be in use.
  • No touching of flags.
  • No shaking hands after a round of golf (unless all foursome players are members of the same family and are living together).
  • No access to the locker room AND no golf club storage for the season.
  • You MUST reserve your golf carts when calling for your tee time.

Old Lennoxville Golf Club encourages all its members and visitors to bring their own hand sanitizer, mask and gloves or other protective sanitation equipment.
